Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and heavy machinery to load/unload shipments
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize warehouse inventory flow using WMS systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records via barcode scanning
- Train new operators on safety protocols and equipment usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of certified forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with warehouse management software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
