Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and safety best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in warehouse inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- High school diploma or equivalent required
