Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse settings
- Maintain accurate inventory documentation using WMS systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols during material handling operations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Train new operators on company safety standards
- Optimize stacking/palletizing techniques for space efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (current/renewable within 30 days)
- 2+ years of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Clean MVR and ability to pass background/drug screening
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills a plus
