Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse settings
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory movements
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of certified forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred experience with WMS software and RF scanners
