Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Manage inventory with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Coordinate loading/unloading of shipments with accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and equipment
- Train junior operators on safety protocols
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- OSHA forklift certification (valid)
- 2+ years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer literacy for WMS systems
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Prior experience with pallet jacks and reach trucks preferred
