Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environment
- Load/untractors with precision using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain OSHA compliance through daily equipment inspections and safety protocols
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for efficient dock operations and inventory rotation
- Train new operators on warehouse safety procedures and equipment operation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recent forklift experience in warehouse/distribution setting
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Familiarity with WMS systems and RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
