Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Manage inventory control systems using RF scanners and WMS software
- Coordinate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading operations
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance reporting
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Train junior operators on safety protocols and equipment usage
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of forklift operation experience with valid certification
- Proficiency in RF scanning and warehouse management systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- Forklift certifications (Sit-down, Reach, Order Picker)
- Experience working in temperature-controlled environments
