Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize palletized materials in high-volume warehouse environment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs using our digital inventory management system
- Collaborate with remote inventory specialists to reconcile stock counts and update warehouse databases
- Maintain accurate digital documentation of material movements using tablet-based tracking software
- Train junior operators on safety protocols and equipment operation standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of certified forklift operation experience (OSHA certification required)
- Proficiency with warehouse management software and digital inventory tracking systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled warehouse environments
- Strong attention to detail with proven inventory accuracy record
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience working with hazardous materials handling protocols preferred
- Self-motivated with ability to manage remote administrative tasks independently
