Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Accurately manage inventory using RF scanning technology and WMS systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas while adhering to OSHA safety protocols
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading schedules
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Train new operators on safe handling procedures and company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verifiable forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and current driver's license
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (RF scanning preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
