Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environment
- Load/unload trailers using pallet jacks and hand trucks with precision
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using RF scanners
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Train new operators on equipment safety procedures
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily targets
- Complete daily equipment inspection reports
- Assist with warehouse reorganization and seasonal inventory projects
Qualifications
- 2+ years of industrial forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification (current or ability to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- RF scanner experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
