Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision in high-temperature warehouse environments
- Execute inventory management tasks using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain 100% OSHA compliance during all material handling operations
- Coordinate cross-functional team movements for seamless loading/unloading processes
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Train junior operators on advanced maneuvering techniques and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years of industrial forklift experience with valid OSHA certification
- Expertise in narrow-aisle and reach truck operations
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work 8-12 hour shifts
- Proficiency in inventory tracking software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- OSHA Forklift Operator Certification (mandatory)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills for warehouse layout optimization
