Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory with precision using RF scanners
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with OSHA regulations
- Train new operators on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of industrial forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification and current driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness skills
- Experience with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
