The Role:
You will be the technical lead for the Vision 2026 UI ecosystem. Your expertise will drive the adoption of modern web standards, ensuring our applications are blazing fast, accessible, and visually stunning.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 UI Framework: Design and implement a robust, component-based frontend architecture using React and TypeScript that scales for future growth.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in rendering and data fetching to ensure 60fps experiences even with heavy 3D assets.
- Immersive Integration: Integrate WebXR and WebGL libraries to create seamless augmented and virtual reality experiences directly in the browser.
- Design System Leadership: Champion the creation and maintenance of our internal design system, ensuring consistency across all 2026 products.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Expert Proficiency: 5+ years of professional experience with React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled Components).
- Advanced Frontend Skills: Deep understanding of the Virtual DOM, state management (Redux, MobX, or Context API), and HTTP/2 protocols.
- 3D/WebGL Experience: Hands-on experience with Three.js, Babylon.js, or WebGPU is a strong plus.
