Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications from the ground up.
- Frontend Leadership: Drive the frontend architecture using React and TypeScript, ensuring pixel-perfect, responsive UI/UX.
- Backend Development: Develop robust APIs and microservices using Node.js and Python to support high-traffic systems.
- Database Management: Optimize database queries and schema design for PostgreSQL and MongoDB to ensure data integrity and speed.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish best practices for CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Frontend Mastery: Deep proficiency in React, Redux, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap).
- Backend Skills: Strong command of Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Database: Experience working with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning.
