Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable microservices and APIs using Node.js and Python.
- Frontend Mastery: Spearhead the frontend roadmap using React and modern state management libraries (Redux, Zustand).
- Performance Optimization: Ensure high availability, low latency, and SEO optimization across all digital touchpoints.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage deployments on AWS/Azure with a focus on CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional Full Stack development experience.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Databases: Strong understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- DevOps: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
