Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and efficient architecture for autonomous mobility systems and AI-driven logistics.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and designers to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-stakes projects.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all architectural designs meet stringent safety standards and regulatory requirements for future mobility.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor innovations, and emerging technologies to keep Nexus Dynamics at the forefront of the sector.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or automotive technology.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML, edge computing, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and robotics.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think long-term and translate abstract concepts into concrete engineering plans.
