Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Vision: Lead the design and implementation of core systems capable of handling future-scale demands and complex data ecosystems.
- Tech Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with long-term business goals for the 2026 timeframe.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration and optimization of legacy systems to ensure seamless integration with next-gen protocols.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate abstract concepts into concrete technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering and architecture experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in modern languages (Python, Rust, Go), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and high-availability solutions.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies and adapting to rapidly changing technical landscapes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
