Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the company's core infrastructure, aligning with the 2026 strategic goals.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of high-performance, distributed systems capable of handling next-generation AI workloads.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to integrate advanced technologies seamlessly.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous engineering standards and mentor a team of top-tier engineers and developers.
- Vendor & Technology Assessment: Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms to ensure our stack remains at the cutting edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and Generative AI integration.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate high-level business goals into concrete technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
