Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 product cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the architecture and development of high-performance, distributed systems capable of handling massive scale.
- Drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into core product workflows.
- Mentor and coach senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies on emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to evaluate their potential for adoption.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Expert proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Deep understanding of Cloud Computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in designing secure, high-availability systems and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
