Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the Vision 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging technologies that will disrupt our sector.
- Oversee the migration and integration of legacy systems into next-generation, cloud-native ecosystems.
- Define and enforce enterprise-wide technical standards, security protocols, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, Quantum, Product) to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system audits to ensure zero downtime and maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence integration and data pipeline architecture.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) and orchestration.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proven ability to plan for long-term scalability.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
