Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and deploy large-scale neural network architectures optimized for next-generation hardware (GPUs, TPUs, Quantum processors).
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define technical strategies for emerging AI trends, ensuring our products remain ahead of the curve.
- Model Optimization: Focus heavily on inference efficiency, model compression, and reducing latency for real-time applications.
- Mentorship & Culture: Guide a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into robust solutions.
- Research Implementation: Stay abreast of the latest academic papers (e.g., Transformer variants, Diffusion models) and implement cutting-edge techniques in production.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering or AI development, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Distributed Systems: Proven experience building distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput data streams.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex performance bottlenecks and optimize large-scale models.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
