Responsibilities

- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI and Predictive Analytics into core products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and innovation milestones for 2026.
- Ensure system security, latency optimization, and energy-efficient computing practices.
- Mentor junior engineers in advanced cloud native technologies and AI frameworks.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (Web3, Quantum-safe cryptography) for potential implementation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Systems Architecture, or DevOps.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern Cloud Native frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record implementing and scaling Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.
- Familiarity with Web3 protocols, blockchain integration, or decentralized identity standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term scalability and sustainability.
