Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the long-term technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI and quantum computing.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, resilient systems architecture capable of supporting enterprise-grade applications in a post-2026 landscape.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives and pilot programs for next-generation technologies, managing a budget of $5M+.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into business strategies for executives, investors, and product teams.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage and data privacy standards for the future web.
- Team Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team focused on futuristic problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Foresight: Proven track record of predicting industry shifts and adapting organizational strategy accordingly.
