Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable, high-performance AI systems for the 2026 product suite, including Generative AI and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and ethical AI usage across all engineering projects.
- Conduct deep technical research to evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing integration, neuromorphic chips) and determine their feasibility for our roadmap.
- Mentor junior architects and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Oversee system architecture reviews and technical debt management to ensure long-term scalability.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure or high-scale distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
