Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating next-generation AI and quantum-ready algorithms into existing legacy systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, engineers, and data scientists—to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure code quality, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- Drive technical decision-making and mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with long-term development cycles.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on cloud-native solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects and delivering them on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and the ability to design systems that accommodate rapid model iteration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
