Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable AI-driven architectures and integrate emerging quantum computing protocols into our core product suite.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives focused on Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Synthetic Data generation.
- Technical Roadmap: Define the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging industry standards.
- System Optimization: Oversee performance tuning for high-throughput data processing and ultra-low latency communication networks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver robust solutions under tight deadlines.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and lead technical teams.
