Responsibilities
- Lead Project 2026 Architecture: Design and oversee the end-to-end technical roadmap for the Project 2026 initiative, ensuring scalability, security, and future-proofing.
- Quantum & AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of quantum-resistant cryptography and machine learning models into our existing cloud infrastructure.
- System Optimization: Optimize legacy systems to support high-frequency trading and real-time data processing at unprecedented speeds.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor a team of elite engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning in emerging tech.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, security analysts, and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- Security Compliance: Establish new security frameworks that anticipate threats from AI-driven cyber-attacks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading high-scale distributed systems.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and Kubernetes, with a demonstrated interest in Quantum Computing and AI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and adapting technology stacks before they become mainstream.
