Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems optimized for future computing paradigms.
- AI Integration: Integrate advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) into core product infrastructure with a focus on ethical AI.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Planning: Translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps for the 2026 roadmap.
- R&D: Explore emerging tech stacks including Rust, WebAssembly, and Quantum-safe cryptography.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proven experience with cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS).
- AI/ML: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, neural networks, and MLOps practices.
- Problem Solving: Ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
