Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the implementation of the 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Lead a high-performance team of engineers in designing scalable cloud-native solutions and AI-driven systems.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI) and define proof-of-concept strategies for integration.
- Drive technical decision-making, balancing innovation with stability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with product management and design to translate complex visions into functional software products.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and agile development methodologies.
- Present technical roadmaps and architectural changes to executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, architecture, or product development.
- Proven expertise in leading teams through the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in AI/ML integration, data architecture, or edge computing.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- A track record of innovation and the ability to think critically about the next 5-10 years of technological trends.
