Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology vision that aligns with business objectives, focusing on scalability and future-proofing.
- AI & Automation Strategy: Identify high-value opportunities for AI integration across departments and oversee pilot programs to improve operational efficiency.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (Web3, IoT, Advanced Analytics) to determine their potential impact on the business.
- Sustainability & Ethics: Incorporate sustainable tech practices and ethical AI frameworks into our development lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring buy-in from investors and executive leadership.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with the engineering team to prototype and validate future-forward solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in a strategic technical role, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and developing long-term technology strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, AI/ML fundamentals, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into compelling business narratives.
