Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key emerging tech trends and integration opportunities.
- Lead the Emerging Tech Lab, conducting feasibility studies and POCs for next-gen AI architectures and predictive models.
- Define technical standards and ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment.
- Collaborate with product management to align future tech initiatives with long-term business objectives.
- Manage a cross-functional team of strategists, engineers, and researchers to ensure timely delivery of innovations.
- Present complex technical concepts and future visions to C-suite executives and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI development, or strategic technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and successfully executing long-term innovation strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences and drive consensus.
- Creativity: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on out-of-the-box thinking and future-proofing solutions.
