- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and corporate ESG mandates
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board using data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Manage cross-functional sprints with R&D, policy, and ethics teams
- Author thought leadership publications and patent disclosures
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Portfolio of published scenario analyses or strategic foresight projects
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, biotech, energy)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with global policy frameworks and regulatory foresight
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into business strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
