Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead blue-sky innovation workshops with C-suite executives on quantum computing applications
- Author industry-defining whitepapers on human-AI symbiosis and neuro-ergonomics
- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets for prototype development in smart materials and climate-tech
- Coordinate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford AI labs on joint research initiatives
- Present findings at Davos and CES conferences to influence global policy
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology leadership
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on technology ethics or singularity theory
- Proficiency in Python for predictive modeling and scenario simulation tools
- Experience securing US DoD/EPA grants for futuristic research initiatives
- Deep understanding of ISO 20700 foresight standards and Toffler's Third Wave principles
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successfully commercialized 2020+ innovations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from University of Houston or equivalent
