Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic foresight roadmap for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum, biotech, and AI convergence
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive briefings
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership for industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI developments
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Strong network in Silicon Valley research institutions and venture capital
- Published author in foresight or innovation publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
