Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmap through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Present strategic futures to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Curate and prioritize emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
- Produce annual futures report for stakeholder alignment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Portfolio of published futures research or technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven ability to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
