- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Produce trend reports and innovation roadmaps with 5-year predictive horizons
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future-state concepts through rapid prototyping
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and C-level stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-functional innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruption modeling
