Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Foresight Framework through quarterly trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and strategic partners
- Produce high-impact foresight reports synthesizing global innovation signals
- Coordinate with R&D teams to align emerging technologies with market trajectories
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government futurist programs
- Present findings to board members and key stakeholders at quarterly strategy summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts with documented case studies
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-interfaces)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodology skills
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media outlets
