Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and validate emerging technology trends with commercial potential
- Produce high-impact trend reports and white papers for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Present findings to C-suite executives and Board members with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
- Track record of publishing influential thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS) strongly preferred
