- Build proprietary foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend forecasting tools
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and industry forums
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI/ML trend forecasting and quantitative scenario modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (required)
