Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, identifying emerging trends across AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare the organization for disruptive market shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation innovations
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive adoption of futures-thinking methodologies across all business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, climate tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major platforms
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
