Your insights will directly influence our R&D pipeline, investment priorities, and global expansion strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Foresight Framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging tech impacts on business verticals
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings on AI governance, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into roadmaps
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists while establishing thought leadership through whitepapers
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using scenario modeling and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, etc.)
- Published author or speaker at WEF, Singularity University, or equivalent forums
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Experience scaling foresight outputs into commercialization strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ tech impact predictions (verified case studies)
- Certification in AI ethics or sustainable tech frameworks preferred
