Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technological vision roadmap through quantitative trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech innovation
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging technology labs
- Author thought leadership publications and patents in future technologies
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies (2018-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published author in technology foresight or peer-reviewed research
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
