Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, and economic domains
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework with quarterly updates
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with actionable recommendations
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior analysts and build the organization's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning roles
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into organizational strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Experience with AI, biotech, or quantum computing domains preferred
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Certification in foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFMP) a plus
