Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Author quarterly Horizon Reports distributed to Fortune 500 executives and policymakers
- Establish and manage relationships with academic research institutions and technology incubators
- Design and deploy AI-driven trend forecasting models with 85%+ accuracy benchmark
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and develop next-generation forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of professional futurism/strategic planning experience with Fortune 500 impact
- Published author in foresight journals or industry white papers
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend impact analysis
- Proficiency with forecasting tools (e.g., Palantir, Trendalyzer, custom Python models)
- Track record of translating foresight into $10M+ business initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
