Responsibilities

- Develop and publish annual 'Future State' strategic reports for C-suite
- Design cross-functional innovation roadmaps with R&D and product teams
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
- Quantify market disruption risks and opportunities across 15+ industries
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify 2026-era startup opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused industry reports
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning skills
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on future strategy
- Strong network with global futurist communities and research institutions
