Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends (technological, socio-economic, environmental) to develop 2026 strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 executives to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks published in industry journals
- Architect and implement Horizon's proprietary AI-driven foresight platform for predictive market modeling
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior futurists while driving innovation in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, metaverse) and societal impact
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario-planning presentation skills
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Futures Wheel, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or major industry publications
