You'll lead cross-functional teams to transform future scenarios into actionable roadmaps while maintaining our position as industry pioneers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead executive-level strategy workshops to align organizational vision with emerging technological paradigms
- Conduct primary research on disruptive innovations through expert interviews, patent analysis, and academic partnerships
- Translate complex future scenarios into product roadmaps and investment priorities for C-suite stakeholders
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Author white papers and thought leadership content positioning our brand at the innovation vanguard
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record developing multi-year future-focused roadmaps with measurable business impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI systems
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell GameChanger, Futures Wheel) or relevant advanced degree
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams across technology, product, and R&D domains
