Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to map 2026 strategic pathways
- Develop and maintain horizon scanning frameworks identifying disruptive trends with 3-5 year impact windows
- Design scenario-planning models for high-stakes business decisions in volatile future environments
- Lead workshops with stakeholders to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce executive-ready trend reports with visualizations and quantitative impact assessments
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Advise product teams on future-proofing solutions for 2026 market conditions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-shaping initiatives
