- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents for C-suite decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future projections into compelling narratives for internal and external stakeholders
- Advise product and engineering teams on emerging tech implications for 2026 market readiness
- Represent InnovateX at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios that influenced business strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex future concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (whitepapers, books)
- Experience with cross-cultural future trend analysis and global scenario development
