Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Produce executive-level reports on disruptive technologies and market evolution
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for leadership teams
- Mentor junior analysts in futurism methodologies and research practices
- Represent the company at global conferences on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of publishing influential industry forecasts
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., CFP preferred)
